A few years ago I purchased a live-in foreclosure property. I renovated it and fell in love with Real Estate. I became licensed, quit my full-time job, pursued Real Estate and never looked back. I mainly list and sell Real Estate but I try to have one investment flip every year as well. I work with residential single-family homes, multi-family homes, townhomes, doublewides, investment properties, flips, Estates, land, farms, auctions, and anything and everything in between.
