As the Team Leader/CEO at KW Lynchburg, the number one brokerage in Central Virginia, I bring two years of experience leading our brokerage to new heights, as we have focused on consulting agents toward building careers worth having through reaching their real estate dreams. It is about understanding what is important to them, and then creating a plan toward achieving those results. I take this same approach when partnering with clients. I want to know what is important to you, chart a plan toward your dreams, and then take action to make it a reality. I grew up a pastor’s kid in the town of Altavista and went on to graduate from James Madison University. I came home to Lynchburg and began a 10-year career in Minor League Baseball and then a six-year stint as a leader within a Fortune 500 insurance company. All the while, I constantly knew Real Estate was in my future. After buying and selling several personal residences and investment properties, my family became living proof of the power of real estate, and I wanted to help others experience the same. My “big why” is serving God and loving people. I proudly proclaim Christ as my Savior, recognizing that I am never deserving of His abounding grace. I love serving as an usher and deacon at Living Word Baptist Church on Waterlick Rd (come visit!).

I am a proud "Girl Dad" and I cherish spending time with my beautiful wife, Ashley, and our two daughters. We love swimming the waters of Timberlake and occasionally getting in some games of golf or playing pickleball—two activities that allow us to compete and connect with friends.
